Pre-Season park is up!

Dougie, Johnnie, and I set up a few features for Thanksgiving weekend on the lower
end of Sno Pro. Don't be fooled though, there will be a park 4x as legit about 100-200yds opposite
the direction of this picture!

 MANNA JAM NOV. 30th!
We brought down features today. We'll use Friday to build the entire setup.
John and I didn't realize how much area we have to work with! It's huge and steep too!
No problem getting speed this year.

Opening Day is THURSDAY NOVEMBER 28th!

We'll have jibs set up and be open through the weekend. Nub's will be closed during the week though next week as we'll need to continue with snowmaking to ensure we can have all of our runs opened ASAP!

4th Annual Manna Jam

Our annual Manna Jam event is coming up Saturday, Nov. 30th!

This is a great way to get back on the skis/board and give back to your community.

Any bit of help is welcome and these stats can help put things into perspective

· $5 can provide 62 meals (we base this on 0.08 cents/lb of food and 1lb of food is a meal served)

· Feeding America’s semi- truck delivers up to 32,000 pounds of food to the warehouse weekly (we purchase this food)

$10 = 125 meals!

· We serve 35+ agencies (ex: pantries, soup kitchens) in Antrim, Charlevoix and Emmet counties through the food bank

· We deliver 1200 bags of food every week to schools in Emmet, Antrim and Charlevoix county for children through the “Food 4 Kids” Backpack program

· 2011- 2012 school year we delivered 35,326 bags of food to schools

You can see that every bit goes to helping local food pantries and feeding families for the holiday season
